Transportation Forms and Contact Information
Many of our students receive transportation services daily as a part of their Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Once transportation services are offered, there is a form to fill out to request bus transportation. If your family is having challenges with bus transportation, we encourage you to reach out to the department at transportation@ousd.org or (510) 879-5003.
Transportation services take up to two weeks to begin from the time requested.
